Terms and Conditions
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them is expressed by completing the order form including ticking the Terms and Conditions box.
images
Images can be accepted either as a photograph or picture (A3 max), or as a digital image either via upload, by e-mail or posted to us on CD with the order form. Where the image is provided as a hard copy photograph, this will be returned after despatch of the product. If your photograph or other image provided is of sentimental value, we advise that a copy of the same is made, we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe return of your property, however, we can not be held responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit.
photographic rights
By submitting your order and confirming that you have read and understood our terms and conditions, you confirm that you are either the owner of, or have the right to use, the relevant image provided. You agree to pay imagey for any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit. We reserve the right to decline an order if it is believed to breach copyright, or is offensive or obscene.
image editing
It is necessary in most cases due to the product dimensions, to crop or edit the images to give the best possible balanced view of the final product. We reserve the right to perform such editing of your image, and your agreement to the terms and conditions confirms acceptance of this.
delivery
Delivery time is stated as 14 days from order, although we endeavour to fulfil orders much quicker. All goods will be despatched via secure courier. Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received for each order. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Fasttrack orders are by special arrangement.

All images on this site are the copyright of imagey and the artists featured. Reproduction, use, distribution or manipulation of these images is not permitted without written agreement.
complaints procedure
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, then please contact imagey via e-mail or post address as listed on the order form. All enquiries must be received within 7 working days from receipt of your goods. Any goods exhibiting manufacturing defects will be replaced without argument. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
colour management
Colours may vary in printing. Customers acknowledge that the colours and appearance of proofs, images, mounts and frames may vary slightly from the way they appear on each individual’s screen.
privacy
Imagey respects your privacy – any information given to us during the ordering process will be well protected; we will never sell your details on to a third party. If you elect to receive information on new products via our opt-in box during the order process, you may unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.
